Presentation of the Annual Report of the CASLA Institute on Crimes against Humanity in Venezuela

The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) will host, in the San Martin room in its headquarters in Washington, DC, this Wednesday, February 15 at 10:00 EST (15:00 GMT) the presentation of the Annual Report of the CASLA Institute, January 2021-January 2022, under the topic: “The Systematic Repression in the Shadows: The Military Counterintelligence Manual and Responsibility for Crimes Against Humanity in Venezuela.”
The event will include the participation of the Adviser to the OAS Secretary General, Hector Shamis, and the Executive Director of the CASLA Institute, Tamara Suju.
The meeting will be broadcast live – with interpretation in Spanish and English- on the OAS Website and the OAS Facebook page
Journalists who wish to attend the event must present an accreditation card and mask wearing will also be required at all times as well as social distancing.
